We are delighted to share that our architectural visualisation studio played a pivotal role in producing marketing and verified images for the Glass Bottle development in Dublin 4. This ambitious project, spearheaded by Pembroke Beach DAC, the joint venture of Lioncor and Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. and Ronan Group Real Estate (RGRE), has just secured planning permission for the first commercial blocks!
The Glass Bottle site is set to transform a 37-acre brownfield area into a vibrant mixed-use community, featuring over 3,800 apartments, approximately 92,903 square meters of commercial space, and a range of community amenities, including schools, parks, and open spaces.
This development is a significant step forward for urban regeneration in Dublin, aiming to create a balanced community with private, social, affordable, and rented homes. The project also includes residential amenities, community spaces, flexible office spaces, an innovation hub, a hotel, a school and creche, artists’ studios, leisure facilities, retail, and parks, all with direct access to the coastal path and Dublin Bay.
We congratulate the developers on this remarkable achievement and are excited to see how this project unfolds. We look forward to contributing further to its success.
